Kerrie began offering health coaching services in 2007 and has worked with hundreds of people looking to improve their health, happiness, and overall well-being. Her clients resonate with her multi-faceted and holistic approach to food, diet, nourishment, movement, and self-care. She also worked for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a student coach and mentor from 2008-2016.
She has a diverse background in holistic health counseling, mind-body nutrition, dynamic eating psychology, transformational coaching, yoga, and personal development. She’s a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2008), the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (2011), and also completed her certification in the Transformation Coaching Method through The Health Coaching Institute (2015).
She is currently studying Ayurveda through the New Mexico School of Yoga. She is certified by the Teachers College of Columbia University and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the International Association for Health Coaches. She is also registered via Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500 hour yoga teacher.
In addition to offering one-on-one health coaching, workshops, and teaching studio classes and private yoga, she has served as a speaker and facilitator for various schools, offices, and organizations including American University, Georgetown University, and the United States Senate. She also teaches local community yoga classes for Aspen City of Well Being.
